GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) Pipe
GRE pipe is resistant to the abrasive effects of caustic substances and acid concentrations due to its chemical composition. For this reason, it is used in fire, drinking water and cooling water transmission lines, power plants and industrial wastewater systems.
GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) Pipe
GRP pipe is a type of pipe that does not corrode, has an insulating feature, and can operate in a wide range of pH. Drinking water and clean water transmission lines, piping lines of chemical plants and circulation lines of power plants are among the prominent areas of use of these pipes.
The production standards and norms of GRE and GRP pipes are as follows.

Rigid polyurethane foam is an insulation material with an extremely low thermal transmission coefficient, consisting of mixing polyol and isocyanate in certain ratios and pressure injection of these materials. PUR, which is injected between the carrier pipe and the casing pipe (HDPE), provides heat insulation as well as enabling two pipes to operate as one pipe by bonding them together and filling in the space between the pipes longitudinally. In the manufacturing of pre-insulated pipes, the PUR in accordance with the standard TS EN 253 has to meet the following minimum requirements:
